Postage

All stock is held in our Plymouth-based warehouse, and we run a tight ship. Most orders go out on the same day as they are ordered, with a cut-off of around 13:00 (Mon- Fri).  Small to medium-sized items will be posted on a tracked 24-hour Royal Mail service. Larger items are sent with DX on a next-day service, although Paddleboards and longboards can take a little longer.

We are in Plymouth, so if you are near and would like to collect, please select the local pickup option at checkout and add a note letting us know when we can expect your arrival. You can put Daniel Surf in your maps app or search for our address: Unit 13 Langage South Road, Plymouth, Pl7 5FL

Returns

We accept returns on all items except surfboards and paddleboards. These are delicate and prone to damage in transit. Also, they are very well packaged, and you will never be able to package them back up as well as they came from the factory.

All other items can be returned within thirty days from the purchase date. We do not offer a return service, so you will be responsible for postage. We recommend that you use a tracked service, and please make sure you include details of your order so we know who to refund. Exchanges

If you have ordered an item and would like to change it for a different size, please return your order for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. This is the simplest way to get your desired size quickly. Alternatively, you can visit us and exchange your item if you are local. We are open Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, and we recommend dropping us an email at info@danielsurf.shop to let us know when we can expect you.

Warranty

Each brand has different warranty policies, so it is hard to list them all here. We like to see ourselves as fair people who have been in the game for a long time and are experienced enough to determine if something has failed due to a manufacturer’s fault. We evaluate each fault case by case, so if you feel like your item has failed please take some photos and send them in an email with a description to warranty@danielsurf.com
